We've had a great experience with Jade. Shes helped with pop ins and solo walks with our Labrador. I love the updates we get afterwards but I appreciate even more that the walk uses his brain! Jade often challenges our dog with sniffing games or engagement and it's exactly what he needs!
Sadly we're leaving the area now but we've loved being able to have used Cybi paws whilst we have been in the area.

So pleased to have Jade's help with my special girl Aurora. Jade is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to feline issues such as stress and weight loss. Lucky for me my girl isn't stressed, but I've had some really good advice from Cybi Paws regarding ideas around getting her to move more and adjusting her diet in order for her to lose some weight.
I highly recommend Jade at Cybi Paws for all your cat and dog sitting/walking needs. Knowing I have someone I trust who can pop in and check on Aurora when I'm away is truly peace of mind.

Jade is a lovely and reliable person, very knowledgeable in giving my puppies a positive experience. One of my puppies was nervous and she really adapted his walk to suit him. I felt both my puppies were safe and secure due to Jade's extensive veterinary nursing experience. I would definitely recommend if you are a worrier pet owner like me and would need someone to know what to do in an emergency. I have already booked again.

Jade from Cybi Paws has been such a great help with our cat, Jack. She pops in to check on him, feed him and spend time with him, sending us pictures when we are away. This provides great peace of mind knowing he is being well cared for in the comfort of his own home!
Highly recommend Jade, she came to look after my cats while we were away and from our initial meeting I could see how professional she was and her affection for animals. I felt confident and safe to have her coming into my home and knowing her extensive experience as a vetenery nurse knew my cats were in the best hands. Jade has been amazing with our boy Loki, he loves her! She is gentle, caring and patient. She takes him on lovely walks, little runs on his long lead and swims in the sea. He is always excited to see her and trots off without a backwards glance! We can highly recommend Jade, your pet will be well taken care of.

Jade pops into feed and play with my 2 dogs when I am working long shifts. She keeps me updated with lots of photos and a couple of videos after each session which is always lovely to see.My dogs always look happy in the videos.
If she has health concerns regarding my dogs she also keeps you updated .I am very happy with Jade looking after my 2 elderly dogs.

Delighted with Jade’s professionalism and care for our dogs when she visits, takes them out and plays with them. The dogs love being with her and we feel much happier about leaving them at home if necessary knowing they will be well looked after.
Jade has been walking my dog for me weekly over the last month and I couldn't recommend her enough. She has taken the time to get to know me and my dog, shares loads of updates from their walks and ensures he's getting plenty of enriching experiences not just the exercise. Jade is professional and ensures the dogs welfare comes first, working walk times around the recent hot weather to ensure a safe walk. My dog has been so happy and relaxed coming home from his walks with Jade, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the updates on your adventures.

Thank you so much for your exemplary care of Mini our 17 year old cat whilst we were away for a few days recently. Highly recommend Jade from Cybi Paws! She pops in to see my young German Shepherd cross Rottweiler a couple times a week and has made such a difference to him. Jade ensures my boy gets time to stretch his legs and enhance his brain with plenty of 'find it' games.
After visit in, Jade ensures a message and photos/videos are sent to let me know how it went and what they got up to.
Jade from Cybi Paws had been recommended to me, and introducing her to my boy is definitely the best decision I made.

Highly recommend Jade at Cybi Paws. From the initial contact and subsequent meeting to discuss care needs to the actual pop ins, she was extremely friendly, professional and thorough. Her knowledge as a veterinary nurse was invaluable in my instance as my situation was a bit different from the norm (cat is feral) Jade was understanding and extremely professional about the situation and gave me excellent advice. You receive updates of pop ins accompanied by photos/video's.

Came home from our holiday in Vienna to two happy, contented cats. Jade did such a fabulous job looking after our two old girls that I don't think Murphy or Wee Cat even noticed we were gone. Thanks so much for the care given and especially all the playing with Murphy - she's still a kitten at heart. Couldn’t recommend Jade enough. She really listened to everything there was to know about Bruno on our meet, gave advice and follows everything I asked. Jade is also helping me gain confidence and Bruno whilst out and about practicing recalling! He has the best time with her and already gets excited if I mention her name. Cannot wait to see more of their adventures!
